# bin/u8-at Read an unsigned byte from a byte string at `offset`. ## Syntax

[bin/u8-at $bytes $offset]

## Parameters - `$bytes` — Byte string (raw bytes carried as a Deft string). - `$offset` — 0-based byte offset ## Examples

def buf [bin/set-u8 [bin/zeros 1] 0 200]
[bin/u8-at $buf 0] # → 200
[bin/u8-at $buf 0] # → 200
