Predicate: is the string an IPv6 literal?
## Syntax
[dns/ipv6? $s]
## Parameters
- `$s` — value to test (string)
## Examples
[dns/ipv6? "::1"] # => true [dns/ipv6? "2001:db8::1"] # => true [dns/ipv6? "10.0.0.1"] # => false [dns/ipv6? "localhost"] # => false
## Returns
`true` when the string parses as an IPv6 literal, else `false`.
