## Returns Vector of nameserver address strings (in file order), or `%Err{:message}` when `/etc/resolv.conf` cannot be read. ## Notes Informational. Resolution always goes through the platform resolver (`getaddrinfo`), which reads this file itself — `dns/*` cannot override the nameserver list at runtime.
