# http/ws-ping
Send a ping frame on a WebSocket connection.
## Syntax
[http/ws-ping $conn]
## Parameters
- `$conn` — `ws_conn` resource
## Examples
[http/ws-ping $conn]
## Returns
`nil`. The peer's pong is handled automatically (ignored).
