# remove-watch Remove the watcher registered under key from the ref cell. ## Syntax

[remove-watch $a $key]

## Parameters - `$a` — A ref cell (anonymous ref or `[var x]` binding cell). - `$key` — Key previously passed to `add-watch`. ## Examples

def a [ref 0]
[add-watch $a :log $logger-fn]
[remove-watch $a :log]    # logger-fn no longer fires
