# audio/stream-clear Drop all PCM queued in a push stream without destroying the stream — the seek/stop flush. ## Syntax
[audio/stream-clear id]
## Parameters - `id` — a stream id from `audio/stream-open` ## Examples
[audio/stream-clear $s] # seek: discard the old buffer
[audio/stream-push $s $new] # queue from the new position
## Returns bool — true when the queued data was dropped. `%Err{:message}` when the id is unknown or no SDL host is compiled in. The stream stays open and bound. ## See Also `audio/stream-push`, `audio/stream-queued`, `audio/stream-close`
