# Terminal — PTY-Backed Terminal Emulator A full terminal emulator panel backed by a pseudo-terminal (PTY). Spawns a shell and renders its screen output. All keyboard and mouse input is forwarded to the shell process. ## Key Bindings All key events are forwarded directly to the underlying shell process. Standard terminal keybindings apply (bash, zsh, fish, etc.). There are no Deft-level key bindings — the terminal is a pass-through to the spawned shell.
